Former VP of Indirect Partner and Customer Success at Lumen joins Telarus at a time of growth and expansion

January 4, 2021 – Sandy, UT – Telarus, a leading master agent of Cloud, Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Network Services, today announced it had hired Meghan Hambacher Wilkinson as the new chief revenue officer. As the newest member of the Telarus senior leadership team, Wilkinson will be responsible for working with Telarus area vice presidents and senior partner development managers in the field as they endeavour to build awareness of Telarus’ patented tools, unique pre-and-post sale resources, and strategic lead generation programs to expand their Contact Center, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Unified Communications, and SD-WAN practices.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to have someone of Meghan’s calibre joining our team. We searched the industry for the best candidate to lead the sales organization into the next phase of our growth, and Meghan truly stood out, said Adam Edwards, Telarus CEO. “We’ve known her for years as a Channel leader, someone who will get things done and is deeply committed to partners. Her diverse experience will give us a new level of strategic thinking and provide our employees and partners with a world-class resource. I’m confident that our partners will be impressed by Meghan’s quick mind, creativity, and dedication to helping them grow their businesses.”

Telarus has experienced a year of massive growth and has hired 40 new employees to help partners grow their businesses. Recently, Telarus selected Columbia Capital for equity investment to accelerate growth.

As the new chief revenue officer, Wilkinson oversees Telarus revenue streams and calls on her sales and marketing knowledge to further drive growth. Meghan will be very influential in this pivotal role and is widely recognized as an accomplished leader in telecommunication, technology, and channel space.

“I am honoured to be joining Telarus. I can pinpoint the exact moment I was introduced to Adam, Richard, and Patrick. I knew there was something unique about what they would continue to create for the Channel. I have always seen them as the industry leader. With the growth and disruption that 2020 has brought globally,” said Meghan, “Telarus is positioned to continue not only to be a leader in cybersecurity, cloud, and advanced services but to truly define what the Channel landscape has the opportunity to evolve into, as investments and partnerships continue to flourish. I believe that anything is truly possible, you just have to change the way you think about it, and I believe in the power Telarus has to think differently. I could not be more confident about what this next chapter for Telarus will become and am proud to be part of the team creating that future.”

Meghan has held leadership roles across digital transformation, IT, sales, operations, offer and contract management, marketing, and strategy across all Enterprise sales channels, including Indirect, APAC, and content. During her eight-year-plus span at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) Ms Wilkinson was consistently an advocate for improving partner and customer experiences. Her background in focusing on ease of doing business, simplicity, and innovation will help Telarus partners achieve greater success in 2021 and beyond. Prior to her move back to the channel, Meghan was vice president of global enterprise application engineering, with a focus on enabling sales and improving partner and customer experience. In addition to her telecom and technology experience, Wilkinson has worked with start-ups revolutionizing the way people and companies think.
